I particularly enjoyed the seasonal vegetables paired with homemade gravy, evoking a sense of home-cooked comfort that many high-end hotels often overlook. The restaurant ambiance was inviting, complemented by a modern bar that seemed to promise delightful evenings filled with gastronomic exploration. Although I didn't dine for dinner, I noticed the extensive menu proudly showcasing both contemporary and classic dishes. It offered me a glimpse of the in-house catering team's commitment to providing a wonderful array of culinary delights. The staff were remarkable; their support during my car trouble turned an unfortunate situation into a warm experience, highlighting the attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. Crossways is a culinary gem that marries comfort with gastronomy, making it an excellent destination for food enthusiasts.
